Return Shipping

  • For general returns (no fault/damage), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For faulty or incorrect items approved by Nefra, you do not need to return the item — your refund will be processed automatically.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You are eligible if:

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is returned in any condition (opened or used is accepted for general returns).

  • Faulty or incorrect items are backed by clear, verifiable photo or video evidence.

Please note:

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for refunds.

  • Discounted items are refunded at the price paid.

  • International return shipping costs are not covered.


Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees for standard returns within the UK.

  • Faulty or incorrect items are fully refunded without any deductions.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after your request is approved (or the item is received, if needed).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 7–12 business days to appear in your account.


Preventing Abuse of the Policy

To ensure fairness:
