Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Payment Details: Your payment information will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation or Changes:
    • You can cancel or update your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email.
    • Changes will take effect for future orders that have not yet been processed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve soon-to-be-available or currently out-of-stock items. Here's how they work:

  • Payment Details:
    • You may be required to pay in full or provide a partial deposit at checkout.
    • Your payment method will be stored securely, and the remaining balance will be charged once the product is ready to ship.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • You may cancel a pre-order for which you’ve made a partial deposit as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled.
    • For fully paid and fulfilled pre-orders, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may request a refund under the terms outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Fulfillment Timeline:
    • Pre-orders are typically fulfilled within the specified lead time. If there are delays, we will notify you promptly with updates on your order.
